The COJTC, or Certified On-the-Job Training Centre, is a program accredited by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore. It's designed to institutionalize a structured OJT system, improving the quality of OJT practices in participating organizations. This scheme has been instrumental in training an average of 35,000 workers annually, uplifting the skill level of the workforce since its inception​​​​.
