/ RevComm and ICCA Collaborate to Support Contact Centers in Indonesia
Jakarta, June 14, 2023 - RevComm, a Japanese technology company, has partnered with the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) to enhance the development of contact centers in Indonesia. The collaboration is realized by RevComm Indonesia by becoming one of the main sponsors of The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) 2023.
The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) is an awards event organized by ICCA to develop the contact center industry in Indonesia, especially in terms of improving the ability, creativity, and performance of employees in managing contact centers. This year, the event was successfully attended by hundreds of participants from 66 well-known companies in Indonesia, such as Angkasa Pura, Bank Indonesia, KAI, Tiket.com, Allianz, and Nestle.
The collaboration between RevComm and ICCA has been ongoing for a long time. Previously, RevComm has also collaborated with ICCA in a webinar entitled "How to Create Effective Customer Service Strategy for Better Business." The webinar presented Edmalia Rohmani, ICCA Committee and Chat Bot Supervisor Analyst at Kring Pajak 1500200, and Rahmi Aprisa, RevComm Indonesia Customer Support as speakers.
The webinar successfully brought together 96 business leaders in Indonesia, and discussed strategies in optimizing contact centers to provide the best customer experience.
