AI-based Internet Telephony "MiiTel" Surpasses 50,000 Users

Jakarta, July 20, 2023 - MiiTel, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based internet telephony, has successfully gained more than 50,000 users from 2,000 companies in Japan, United States, and Indonesia. 

As the latest communication technology innovation, MiiTel provides a solution to the black box problem, which is a condition where companies do not have enough information about what and how communication is conducted between agents and customers. 

MiiTel overcomes this problem by providing advanced AI-based features that are capable of automatic voice recording, transcription, and analysis in internet telephony services and online meetings.

Through these functions, companies can directly monitor conversations, evaluate agent performance, and maintain a voice database of various conducted conversations. Therefore, MiiTel can improve work effectiveness, while supporting strategic decision-making in corporate management.

Online Pajak, an application that provides online corporate tax management services, has also adopted MiiTel as one of the tools that support their sales activities.

"With MiiTel, our dial rate has increased significantly. From 30% to 40%, it is now consistently above 90%. Conversion rate from connect to book demo also increased by 50%," said Jun Setiadi, Director of CRM and Inbound Sales Online Pajak.
