/ G & A Group and Rentwise Join Forces to Drive Sustainable Computing Solutions in Sabah
[Kota Kinabalu, 31st January] G & A Group, a premier accounting, tax, and business consultation company associated to the Baker Tilly Network, and Rentwise, a certified IT remanufacturer, proudly announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to spearhead a collaborative initiative aimed at promoting carbon-neutral remanufactured computers in Sabah. This joint effort is specifically designed to benefit micro, small, and medium businesses (MSMEs) in the region, enhancing their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) profile that is crucial to drive business growth today.
The signing ceremony, which marks the formal commencement of this groundbreaking partnership between G & A Group and Rentwise represents a commitment to fostering sustainable practices within the Sabah business community. By promoting the use of remanufactured computers, the partnership seeks to contribute to a circular economy, reduce electronic waste, and enable MSMEs to access affordable, high-quality computing solutions.
In context, 15 laptops’ carbon footprint is equivalent to a car’s. Through the adoption of remanufactured computers, Sabah's MSMEs can easily and substantively elevate their ESG profiles.
