World Cosplay Art Association finally goes global from Japan.

Japan is said to be the birthplace of cosplay, but no overt certification existed. Therefore, Akira Konomi, the representative of this organization, decided to launch the World Cosplay Art Association.

The best winner will be awarded "Paradin," the highest level of the association, and will be given the right to develop their own certification business.
