Over the coming weeks, the team will run its structured diligence and scorecard, then deploy one of two execution playbooks (Product↔Distribution) with embedded leaders. Founders can preview the process and apply via: Selection (3-stage diligence), Onboarding (scorecard, playbook, funding plan), and Scaling (execution).
