Manila, Philippines – 22 July 2024Hydrogène de France (HDF Energy) has solidified its partnership with the Department of Energy (DoE) and the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This pivotal agreement underscores the commitment to advance sustainable energy solutions across the Philippines, particularly through green hydrogen technologies.
