Vice President for Human Resources and Communications &amp; Marketing Rachel Cacabelos expressed her hopes for a stronger year for Teleperformance. She underscored that Spark was a moment of enjoyment but also “an opportunity to reflect on our past successes and use that energy and momentum to propel us forward.”
