Lintasarta anticipates a surge in data traffic, projected to increase by more than 30% compared to the same period last year, due to heightened public mobility and digital activities during the holiday season. By leveraging robust infrastructure and cutting-edge technology, Lintasarta enables real-time service monitoring, swift and accurate anomaly detection, precise traffic pattern analysis, potential issue prediction, and proactive solution recommendations to address problems before they escalate. This approach ensures more efficient, secure, responsive, and reliable operational services, delivering optimal convenience and security for customers.

Year-end holidays typically see a significant rise in internet and data traffic due to increased digital activities by individuals and businesses accessing various cloud-based services and applications. In response, Lintasarta has implemented a high-capacity backbone with Nx400G capacity and low-latency network technology for domestic and international internet connectivity. Supported by an Operations Support System (OSS), internet quality and traffic density are monitored in real-time, providing full visibility into network performance.

Additionally, Lintasarta has taken preventive measures such as analyzing previous traffic patterns, optimizing network routes to ensure smooth data flow with low latency, and providing alternative pathways to prevent network bottlenecks. Network capacity has also been increased to accommodate traffic surges, ensuring consistent and high-quality service to meet the digital needs of the Indonesian public during the holidays.

As part of its commitment to service quality, the company has launched the “Lintasarta Siaga” initiative from December 21, 2024, to January 5, 2025. This initiative optimizes the operations of Lintasarta’s Command Center by integrating the Network Operation Center (NOC), Security Operation Center (SOC), and Cloud Operation Center (COC) for intensive 24/7 monitoring and management of network, cloud, and cybersecurity infrastructures nationwide. Risk mitigation measures have also been implemented to address potential issues such as system disruptions, power outages, or other emergencies.
