About “Forbes AI 50”
Forbes AI 50" is a collaboration between Forbes, Sequoia Capital, and Meritech Capital to recognize the most promising unlisted companies leveraging AI to develop their businesses. The 2023 edition marks the fifth year of this recognition. Companies are ranked based on detailed information (including technology, business model, customers, fundraising, and revenue) that places AI development at the core of their business. The list targets private start-ups and, for the first time in 2023, includes global companies outside North America. The 2023 "Forbes AI 50" includes notable companies that have been engaged in AI-based businesses before the current AI boom arrived, such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Scale AI, AlphaSense, Vectra AI, and Databricks, as well as emerging companies like Adept, Anthropic, Cohere, Midjourney, and Surge AI. RevComm is the first, and so far the only, Asian company to be selected.

What is MiiTel?
MiiTel is an AI-powered phone service from Japan that specializes in voice analysis. It analyzes the content of conversations in telephone sales and contact center operations, providing accurate feedback to enhance the success and closing rate of business negotiations. MiiTel addresses the 'black-box' issue of being unaware of "what" and "how" customers and personnel are conversing. Its automatic transcription function helps reduce the time spent on analog meeting minutes.
Designed for simplicity, MiiTel allows for easy review of business negotiations. By revisiting these conversations, users can improve their negotiation quality and accurately convey the nuances of customer requests to various departments, such as development. MiiTel creates more time for sales representatives to engage in "creative work that only humans can do."
Furthermore, the real customer voice data accumulated by MiiTel can be widely utilized for company-wide education, training, service development, and function improvement, supporting the growth of the company's business operations. In addition to the Japanese version, we have started offering services in Indonesian and English.
